Kevin Wu is the Founder and Partner at Kevin Wu & Associates. He advises private and public sector clients across various areas of law. He works with C-suite executives, leaders and boards in dealing with advisory and contentious issues.

 

Recent examples of Kevin's work include the following:

  • Advising client in relation to establishing an investment fund vehicle;

  • Acquisition of hospitality operations across Malaysia;

  • Representing victims of scams and investment schemes ranging from international funds, local listed companies and private schemes;
