Charumathy Nair is currently an associate under our Dispute Resolution practice. She works in all areas of general, civil and criminal proceedings with highlights on contractual disputes, defamation suits, probate & estate administration as well as family litigation. Her range of experience include but not limited to the following:

• Contractual disputes;

• Tortious disputes involving defamation, negligence and personal injury claims;

• Matrimonial matters; and

• Matters pertaining to criminal defence cases (immigration, Dangerous Drugs Act and minor offences under the Penal Code)

Charu frequently engages with Asia Law Academy and Brickfields Asia College (BAC) as a student trainer.
